We are members of Propertymark, the leading membership body for property agents, covering industry compliance, best practice, continuous improvement and professional standards.
The Association of Rental & Letting Agents (ARLA)
ARLA governs the letting agent industries best practice and code of conduct, and ensure that we have the right training, insurances and protection for your money.
The National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA)
NAEA governs the estate agents best practice and code of conduct, and makes sure that we have the right training, insurances and protection for your money.
Deposit Protection Service
If you rent a property, any deposits you provide are legally required to be held separately to safeguard the money, and ensure fair dispute resolution at the end of a tenancy.
Information Commissioners Office (ICO)
As a member of the ICO we are compliant with UK GDPR in how we handle your personal data.
Property Redress Scheme
The property redress scheme is an independent body who make sure any property complaints are heard and resolved fairly if we are unable to resolve them with you.
Client Money Protection Scheme (CMP)
As part of our legal commitments we are part of the Propertymark scheme which regulates us in relation to funds we hold, such as rent and deposits, are protected in case of business failure or malpractice.
